Smart Fan Control to keep 22dB at idle mode

A series of lab tests were conducted under the real world scenario to determine optimum CPU fan speed under specific CPU/System temperature to control the overall system noise level. This Smart Fan Control has been pre-stored via PWM fan speed control, which is DC fan control for SilenTek 5.0 before.
