Returning Products

Unicomp Laboratories, Inc. requests all customers to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number prior to their sending back any products for any reason. Returning products without a pre-assigned RMA number will result in delay of service or lost of package.

To obtain an RMA number, simply fill out the online RMA request form and submit the request, an RMA number will be issued within 24 hours.
